Torin Fastnedge

I am a PhD student in the Oxford Centre for Industrial and Applied Mathematics in the Mathematical Institute, supervised by Ian Griffiths and Chris Breward. My research is concerned with modelling microfibre release from clothing and microplastic filtration within washing machines. Within my work, I use various asymptotic and numerical approaches as well as using Computational Fluid Dynamics. This project is in collaboration Beko.
